Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the delivery address.
For orders within the city, delivery time may be faster.
2.2 Shipping Fee
Free shipping for orders with a value of 500 USD or more.
For orders under 500 USD, shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery area and order weight.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Conditions for Return
The product must be intact, unused, and with the tag intact.
The product is defective due to the manufacturer or during transportation.
3.2 Return process
Customers need to contact Getopic shop within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Getopic shop will guide customers on how to send the product to the shop address.
After receiving the product, Getopic shop will check and proceed to exchange the product or refund the customer.

For orders within the city, customers can choose the payment method upon receipt of goods (COD).
