(a) personal data about you, as provided by you at the time of registering as a Member, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, information relating to your pet (including but not limited to your pet’s name, medical information, age, breed, activity level, weight, daily food intake and preferences), credit card information/payment details and any other personal information that you provide to us through your transactions with us;
(b) aggregate technical information, which tracks traffic to the Site, including but not limited to device identifiers, server addresses, IP addresses, domain names (whether you are accessing the Site from New Zealand or elsewhere), the platform you are using, the browser used when accessing the Site (including version), user search terms, pages visited on the Site, links clicked, date and time of access to the Site, user operating system and any other technical information relating to your use of the Site.
c) Sources of data collection: We may collect and retain personal data about you from the following sources:
(a) you, by filling in the registration form when you register as a Member;
(b) indirectly, through your use of the Site, including through automated technologies and interactions;
(c) through your interactions with our administrators, such as by telephone or email;

d) Non-Provision of Services: If you do not provide the required personal information when requested, some services on this Website or the Linked Websites may not be available to you.
e) Changes: Members may access and change their details (name, email address, password and credit card information) as part of their Registration information.
3) Disclosure of your data
a) Disclosure: We will not disclose the personal data we hold about you to any third party, except as set out in this clause 3.
b) Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers who provide hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, infrastructure, payment processing, logistics and delivery, analytics, marketing and other services to us, which may require them to access information about you. If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they will do so under our instructions, including adhering to policies and procedures designed to protect your information. Some of these service providers may be located in countries other than yours or ours.
c) Employees and related companies: Our employees evaluate and recommend your pet’s diet and the frequency of ordering and delivering Products based on your diet, which may require them to access information about you.
d) Legal Obligations: In exceptional circumstances, we may share information about you with third parties if we believe that sharing is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with any law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, including to meet national security requirements, and our service providers may do the same;
(b) enforce our agreements, policies and terms;

(d) protect the security or integrity of our Website and services; or (e) protect us, you or the public from harmful or illegal activities.
e) Sale of our business: In the event that we propose to sell our business or any of our assets, we may provide your personal data as part of a database to a prospective buyer solely so that they may consider purchasing the business. If we proceed to sell our business (or a significant part of it), we may provide your personal data as part of that sale so that the buyer can continue to operate the business and contact you about their plans for the business.
4) Use of your data
a) We process and use the data we collect for the following purposes: (a) to store your personal data on our systems and to contact you when necessary including: i. to enable you to access and use our Website;
ii. receive feedback on Products you have ordered;
iii. send periodic emails that you have registered for via your designated email address or text message on your mobile device;
iv. as part of the transaction process when you order Products from our Website;
